About Relationship Trauma
Trusting people again after a traumatic relationship may seem impossible.
Asking for help with stress may seem daunting. Traumatic stress may be making it difficult for you to function in daily tasks and to enjoy life the way you used to.
Life changes may be making it hard for you to navigate your relationships and career.
You may feel on-edge and may tend to doubt your feelings and thoughts, wondering if they’re valid.
