I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an LPC license in Wisconsin. I have training and experience in Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, these therapy techniques are shown to be effective treatments for extremes in emotions and behaviors as well as anxiety.
