Hi there! I’m glad you found me! I provide individual therapy, immigration evaluations, and daycare/school consulting services with a client-centered approach.

I am passionate about helping your family deal with stressful experiences and adapt to the ever-changing demands of life. I am partnered with Oak Ridge Counseling to provide therapy to those who want to use their insurance benefits.

As an early childhood educator in my early career I worked with children who live on or below the poverty line. I realized that many educators (including myself at the time) are not informed on what trauma looks like in young children or how to manage their traumatic stress symptoms. This sparked my interest in becoming a therapist and providing stress consulting services to organizations that work with children with behavioral health issues.

Through my experience working with adults I also realized that many adults dealing with their own stress did not have the tools to help themselves or their children when trauma struck their families. This is why I emphasize a family approach to trauma in my practice. I help families like yours move forward and heal together.

Helping you transform from feeling frustrated and overwhelmed to feeling confident, hopeful, and happy is the most rewarding part of my career. Leaving counseling feeling like you can take on whatever comes your way is what counseling is all about!

To sum it up, I provide trauma therapy and immigration evaluations to individuals and consulting for organizations that work with children to help transform the feeling of hopelessness to the feeling of hopefulness.

I am trained to help you and your family adapt to major changes in life and provide the support you need. You can obtain the tools within yourselves to survive and thrive, and you can and should have a fulfilling life. 

I have a Ph.D. in Business Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an LPC license in Wisconsin. I have specialized training and experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Immigration Evaluations. I also have experience in executive leadership, change management, training/education, and talent selection & development.
